After doing a thorough research on the internet I found that most of the best art schools in the world are located in the United States and United Kingdom. Here I list a few of few of them:
1. Royal Academy of Arts, Burlington House, Piccadilly, London. The institute offers a college level art education.
2. New York Academy of Art, NY, USA. It offers specialization on the human figure besides offering studies in painting, sculpture, art history, anatomy and drawing.
