What are the benefits of joining a co-op in Farmville with your neighbors?
Will joining a co-op help to increase my experience and give me Farmville coin? Will I have to work as hard in co-op as I do on my own farm to make it successful?

To complete this co-op you will need the assistance of your Farmville neighbours and will be required to grow limited edition Candy Canes for the UCSF Children’s Hospital. The Gold Reward for completing this co-op is a Candy Cane Sheep. You can now join or start a co-op. This is a challenge to see if you (and your friends, if you can recruit them to join you!) can seed and harvest a certain amount of a crop within a specific time period. At least level 20 are needed to access Co-op Farming. If a farmer is below that level and tries to join the co-op, they will be compensated with 20experience. If you complete the task in time, you will be rewarded handsomely, both with coins and XP, for your hard work.
