In and around the city of Chicago, there are quite a few different places to shop and many of them include upscale shopping locations. Here are some of the most popular:
- Magnificent Mile – This is THE place to shop in Chicago. While it may be missing some stores you want and is spread out (about a mile), it is definitely the most famous. Enjoy the shops along Michigan Avenue and in particular check out the shops at Watertower Place.
- Oakbrook Mall – in the suburb of Oakbrook Terrace, this is a mostly outdoor mall with many stores that are on the higher end of normal mall options.
- Old Orchard Mall – in the suburb of Skokie, this is a fairly good sized mall on the northwest side of the city.
- Woodfield Mall – in the suburb of Schaumburg this is one of the largest malls in Chicago and offers much of what you would expect from a large mall. This is not the most upscale mall in the area, but it does have several different upscale stores and plenty of options.
