What’s one of the nice things about Columbus is there is something for anyone.
If you’re into art, make sure to check out the Columbus Museum of Art. In addition, the Short North is a vibrant neighborhood full of budding artists. There are galleries and shops throughout the area.
COSI is a great science museum with plenty of hands on activities for children. They have IMAX movies and great exhibits.
If you’re a sports fanatic, take in a Columbus Blue Jackets game. They play in Nationwide Arena, which is in the heart of downtown. If you come to Columbus in the fall, make sure to check out an Ohio State football game. It’s a fall staple in Columbus.
Columbus offers a plentiful amount of shopping. There’s Easton, which is a combo indoor/outdoor mall. Polaris Fashion Place also offers man shops including anchor stores Saks Fifth Avenue and Macy’s.
For dining, make sure to check out Schmidt’s in German Village. They offer the best in German cuisine. For a great burger, check out Thurman Café.
