What are some of the top new features in the Sims 3 World Adventures expansion pack?
I am a HUGE Sims fan, and the Sims 3 is just amazing in my opinion. I have yet to purchase the expansion pack but am very interested in doing so. However having purchased expansion packs in the past for The Sims and The Sims 2, I was not always impressed with what the expansion pack included, I didn’t always utilize the features it brought. So I am curious to know what some of the top features for this particular expansion pack are, what makes it so great? Are these features something that will be heavily utilized while playing the game or will it normally be left aside? Is there new furniture and jobs available with this expansion pack?

The Sims 3 World Adventures expansion pack seems very interesting. I can't say that I have used it personally as I am more of a The Sims 2 type of person myself.
This is more of a traveling type expansion pack. You might of had one of those in the past. Kind of similar to that of the Vacation pack for The Sims and Bon Voyage for The Sims 2. This particular pack focuses on traveling to simple modes of France, Egypt and China. They will be able to earn rewards and such, in addition to participating in adventures. This offers new ways to learn new skills including; Photography, nectar making and martial arts. There are some new objects and opportunities as well. The Egyptian tomb exploring looks neat. In order to see the new things available, please refer to the youtube videos. One is a review, which might be just a tad out of date. The other one shows the objects on the game, which includes the price.

Well the back of my WA Ex. Pack says you can go on adventures and explore tombs(whcih i love doing in WA), Discover new cultures thorugh food, exploring, crafts, and more, new skills and rewards. My personal favorite new skill is the photography one. And you can visit real world landmarks. It is definitly similar to vacation for the sims and Bon Voyage for the sims 2.
