The scariest movie I ever saw in the theater was Arachnophobia. I was very young and I had to leave the theater because it freaked me out so much.

However, the scariest movie that I still find pretty freaky is Halloween. Michael Myers was the scariest movie villain I have ever seen. A great and creepy movie to watch.
