What are some of the best PlayStation 3 games for adults? I like many game genres, but I don't like that many violent games.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

If you have the option to play PlayStation 2 games on your PS3, there's a lot for you to like. But nontheless, there's a lot of good stuff for your tastes on your system. I'll list a few that you should probably check out.
- Shadow of the Colossus (PS2)
- Flower (PS3)
- flOw (PS3)
- Little Big Planet (PS3)
- Need for Speed SHIFT (PS3)
- Your favorite sports game will be available for either system.
- Pixel Junk Eden (PS3, available through the PSN Store)
- Pixel Junk Monsters (PS3, available through the PSN Store)
- Katamari Damacy (PS2, although there's sequels for the PS3 as well)
- LocoRoco (PS3, available through the PSN Store)
- Echochrome (PS3 and PSP, I believe)
- RockBand (PS3, PS2, PSP), you can also get bundles for instruments, RockBand 2, The Beatles Rockband, etc.
- Guitar Hero (PS3, PS2)
- Burnout Paradise (PS3, available through the PSN Store for cheap, excellent value and lots of fun)
- Ratchet n' Clank Series (PS3, PS2) - There are various iterations, both out now or to be released. One of the bests platformer titles.
- Civilization Revolution (PS3) - A historical, strategy game, beloved by many, many people. Definitely different than your typical game.
That's what I can come up with at a moments notice. If you want more titles, leave a reply and I'll post more things. Hope this helps :)

Well that's great then, because most of the titles I mentioned are for PS3, and not PS2. Only one of them is PS2 exclusive, the rest of them are all for PS3, with ports for PS2 available as well. Hope this helps :)
I have a PlayStation 2 currently, so I probably wont buy a PS3 that has that feature on it. Plus those aren't even sold new anymore, because Sony changed the system around.
