The Gracie family has gyms thoughout all of the major cities, those are the best because the Gracie family invented Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. For smaller cities Google the city and Jiu Jistu and see what comes up. Make sure the instructor is a black belt prefebly with international competition medals.
