Easy to assemble. Simple to operate. Great product. The best gas grill I've owned. The first use was chicken breasts with the bone/skin; cooked on low and indirect for 1 hour and it tasted very close to my Weber charcoal grill. I'd recommend for anyone that is in the market for a gas grill.

The folks at Weber really did their homework when they engineered this grill it is not just a steel box with burners in it. I had two Ducane grills prior to this one they never cooked even and did not get hot enough to use in coder weather I don’t anticipate that problem with my Q320. Assembly went well no problems. It cooks very even; I think I will get the griddle attachment for it. Weber took what they have learned through the years with grills and put it all into this one. You will not be disappointed the Q320 is a great example of American engineering you will look forward to cooking with it.
