What are some home remedies for allergic rhinitis?
Most of the members of my family have allergic rhinitis or sinusitis. My mother, husband and eldest daughter keep on sneezing usually early in the morning especially if it is very cold. My eldest daughter complains every morning and early evening that she can hardly smell. Her doctor prescribed claritin for this but I have second thoughts in giving this to her. I prefer to try natural home remedies. Are there any effective home remedies for allergic rhinitis?
