M$I was not sure if you have curly hair or straight hair.
If you have curly hair, have the hair cut about shoulder length. Have some new layers cut into it and keep the bangs grown out and swept to the side. The new cut will allow the curls to spring and be more lively and beautiful. Why not try a new hair color for something new. Red seems to be in these days!!
If you have straight hair, again I would go about shoulder length. This will get rid of any damaged ends and allow your hair to be gorgeous. Long hair and layers can weigh the hair down. Again, do some layers and growing the bangs out and swept to the side seems to be in, as well. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3533/3201728787_6aa076d6d4_m.jpg
