I personally think up-do's are perfect for New Year's Eve if you will be attending a party. When I want to see new styles I usually turn to either celebrities or magazines. Celebrities have money which usually means they can afford the best stylists or personal hairdressers. You can find them sporting the hippest styles.
I have turned to Ebay for hair magazines in bulk. Once a magazine is expired, they are cheaper. They are not necessarily old, just from last month. You can find hair magazines in lots cheap at Ebay.
Lastly, turn to online sites for even more hair style ideas for New Year's Eve. Style Bistro is a great site to visit for ideas. I will include the direct link below.
