What are some good [[work outs] to do if you are training for a triathlon?

Is running sprints daily a good way to train for a triathlon? What kind of weight lifting exercises should you do for triathlon training?

Daily running is a good way to train for a triathlon. For triathlon training you should do running, swimming, weightlifting and bicycling. Here are some guidelines for training to compete in a triathlon:

· Develop a training plan
· Learn nutrition basics
· Do a practice run
· Learn the course
· Check your bicycle
