What are some good web based sources on methods of synthesizing aromatic hydrocarbons.
What are some good web based sources on methods of synthesizing aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzene or naphthalene. Explanations on any hydrocarbon that is liquid at room temperature would work. Just to be totally clear I am not interested in the traditional refining process. I am looking for a process that starts with Hydrogen and Carbon. I am a looking for a process that can be done in a laboratory without crude oil.
