What are some good suggestions for mid-range apartment locations in Baltimore, Maryland?
A friend of mine is looking to relocate to Baltimore, Maryland and is wondering where some of the best apartments are located for a reasonable price. He is looking to find a place somewhere in the range of $500-$800. He would prefer to be near a college or some sort, so he has the option to take some classes, and not have to travel too far. He also would like to be somewhat close to town so the grocery store isn’t too far away, since he doesn’t drive. Somewhere that is in a decent area as well, not a huge crime rate. Any and all suggestions would be much appreciated!
