1/2 packet of Ranch Dressing Mix

1cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup white cheese (shredded)
½ cup mayonnaise
Dill weed (to taste)

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
½ cup red onions (chopped)
2 tablespoonskim milk
Pinch of ground cumin
dill sprig
PREPARATION:
*Put the cottage cheese, milk, onions and cumin in a blender and blend on low speed until the mixture is smooth.
*Place the content in a small bowl, garnish with the dill, and serve.
