What are some good recipes for low fat vegetable dip?

I am trying to get my son to eat more fresh vegetables. I have finally got him to eat fresh carrots, but he always ask for "white stuff" to go with them. This is because I let him eat them with french onion dip once. I'd like to find some vegetable dip that is healthy, yet taste good and is white. What are some recipes for this type of vegetable dip?

My favorite low fat veggie dip is very easy and I've used it for years
8 oz plain low fat yogurt
1/2 packet of Ranch Dressing Mix
1 tsp lemon juice (can be bottled or fresh)
1/2 tsp dill weed

Mix and serve with raw veggies/ Keep refrigerated.

I think this is one my mother used. I remember her making one that called for the plain yogurt. Thanks so much!

Try this very simple dip recipe, my kids do it themselves. You can dip anything you want, can be ready in no time.

4 tbsp. cheese yogurt (can be homemade or store bought)
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
dried thyme leaves (crushed) or other herbs you prefer

Mix all ingredients together and serve with any vegetables.

In my home ,we have a tendency of putting on a lot of weight if we do not eat healthy. So any good food ,especially one with low fat is always welcomed. We have lots of low fat vegetable dips, Here are some recipes you might like:

*LOW FAT VEGETABLE DIP RECIPE 1

INGREDIENTS:

1cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup white cheese (shredded)
½ cup mayonnaise
Dill weed (to taste)

PREPARATION:

*Add all the ingredients into a whipping bowl

*Whip the content, until smooth.
* then serve with your vegetables.

*LOW FAT VEGETABLE DIP RECIPE 2

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
½ cup red onions (chopped)
2 tablespoonskim milk
Pinch of ground cumin
dill sprig

PREPARATION:
*Put the cottage cheese, milk, onions and cumin in a blender and blend on low speed until the mixture is smooth.

*Place the content in a small bowl, garnish with the dill, and serve.
