What are some good natural aids for digestion?

I have used papaya enzyme tablets, bromelain tablets and sometimes I have used ginger beucase I read that ginger calms the stomach. I believe that yogurt is also good for the digestive system. Are there any others that you know of that I missed?

Digestion is a natural process that begins at birth as long as we feed our body and end at the expiry of life. Some good natural aids for digestion is as below:
• ALFALFA is a natural digestive aid, a concentrated nutrient source that is rich in insoluble fiber and therefore prevent digestive disorders, eliminate many digestive disorders and good natural aids for digestion.
• Aloe Vera - Nature's enzymatic aid for digestion, relieve many spasm in digestive tract, eliminate digestive disorders. Aloe vera Juice from the aloe vera plant is used as a general digestive aid, soothe inflamed mucous membranes and very good natural aids for digestion.
• Basil - Basil, most commonly used in leaf form, is a well-known herb used in a variety of dishes, and particularly in Italian foods, and is also known to help promote proper digestion and reduce gas.
• Beta Carotene - One of nature's most powerful anti-oxidants helps also in indigestion and good for digestion.
• Papain - The enzyme that digests protein, is also a natural digestive aid, a concentrated nutrient source and helps in digestion.

Mint tea is wonderful for calming the stomach. I also believe yogurt is good, but have read it depends on if you have any stomach conditions that it could give an opposite reaction.

One suggestion from Dr. Weil that I find helpful in aiding digestion is fennel seeds. Chewing a half teaspoon after meals or whenever feeling bloated seems to help. These can be found in most grocery stores in the spice/herb section.
