What are some good kids (6 yo) games on the Dreamcast?

Hi All,

I have a daughter who is just starting to enjoy the joys of an analog stick. She can't figure out Samba De Amigo quite yet. But, she loves the "tutorial" stages of Ooga Booga and can do an acceptable job of playing Gauntlet Legends with us. I'm going to burn Wacky Races, Looney Tunes, and Disney racing games for her.

She played House of the Dead with me once ("the zombie game"), but that was by accident, and so she only gets to play non-violent gun games (I have the point blanks for Playstation 1, the tv plugnplay Genesis Menacer, and the kids paintball plugnplay.)

Anyone have some good DREAMCAST kids games. (They don't have to be kids themed per se. They just need to be controllable/enjoyable for kids.)
Tip for best answer: M$0.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I have a dreamcast and absolutly love it, but I haven't pulled it out for my son (3yrs) to try yet, he's big on the Wii right now but back to dreamcast games: Looney Tunes is a great game, same with samba de amigo both of which you said already. You could try Crazy Taxi and Chu Chu Rocket as well, the latter might be a bit hard for her, but who knows its worth a shot :)

Yeah, I've never played the Dreamcast, I hope somebody with experience chimes in.

I appreciate that, Jeff. I'm kinda looking for recommendations based on experience (i.e. actually played). I was going through those lists too.

I've found the following that are possible.

Ecco the Dolphin
Bust a Move 4
4 Wheel Thunder
101 Dalmations
Rayman (on the principle that there's lots of running around.)
StarWars Racer
Toy Story 2
Buzz Light Year
Pen Pen TriIcelon
kao the Kangaroo
frogger 2
Ms. PacMan maze
Chicken Run
Donald Duck Going Quackers
Dinosaur (based on the Disney movie)
Atari Anniversary
Namco Classics (has pacman, digdug, etc.)
Midway vol1 and Midway vol 2

I didn't put Chu Chu or Mr. Driller on the list. Seem too complicated. Same thing with Roller Coaster Tycoon.
