M$Have game night and divide into groups to make competition more fun.
Have a cookout and have everyone bring something to eat and drink so that the cost is minimal.
Casino night where you play cards, poker, etc for no money so that it is cheap. just use fake monopoly money or anything else like jellybeans or m and m's to keep it free.
Hope you have fun!!

Some of my girl friends like doing buncho night or playing cards. Not my cup of tea either but they like it so much they do it monthly and sometimes weekly during certain times of the year.
If your friends like movies and board games a fun thing to do is to play Scene It movie edition on DVD where you answer questions about movie clips. It is so much fun. We do this often with couples and we play girls against guys. Another fun one is Shout about movies on DVD for that one you don't even have to deal with a board. The game is hosted on the dvd and you keep score using a remote control so that one is super convenient. We have had so much fun doing these game nights and everyone gets so excited. We make this a tradition in our circle of friends.
Watch a movie
Play games
Cook for each other
Barbecue
Go surfing

M$A movie night is fun too, but you can't talk as much. You could see if there is a drive-in movie theatre near you and go catch a movie there, it's a lot of fun and if you bring your own snacks, it'll be cheaper.

M$Bowling isn't that expensive, it's about $6/game where I live, including renting shoes. I also suggested a drive in, which is different than seeing a regular movie.
bowling can be expensive for people. And movies and food, people, do you think somebody in this world forgot that these things exist? why write it? snacks and movies, snacks and movies, snacks and movies. For the sake of god, be creative or don't answer at all
Also a idea if you show him/her this all answer I wish he/she will happy to know that you thinking about having fun and we answer for him/her.
You can go outside to have a tour.Cooked by yourself and tell him.
My last tips is you should think yourself.

M$Or bring a box of Ghirardelli chocolate brownie mix to bake. Most households have the oil/butter on hand, and then enjoy the aroma of the baking, and then eating it warm. Yummy!
If you have Netflix, then pop in a movie to watch, or play cards or Monopoly. Make up your own games. For example, play tag within the space of 10 square feet. Lengthen or shorten the time to other person can tag back. Do it blindfolded. You make up the rules. Do it in the pool underwater.
Surf Mahalo and choose a question to answer, or ask one. Can be done in groups you know.

M$Or you can go fishing. Not near the ocean or a lake? Why you can fish in your back yard! This is how. Tie the end of the line to your dog! Preferably a dog that is not well trained, and wants to run away from you. Try to reel the dog back in! I knew someone who did this from his boat that was in his back yard! Hilarious!
Rent some movies, make home made taco salad, followed by nachos and popcorn, and something refreshing to wash it down, eat good food, and watch one movie after the next, and since all this can be done from the privacy of your own home, you do not have to worry about getting drunk, and having to drive home intoxicated.
The best fun is the fun you create for yourselves at home! You pay so much money in rent, why not make your home the place you want to spend your free time, rather than to go out looking for good times, only to find bad things, and an empty wallet the next day.
I hope this helps

Oh that's too funny!
UNO is cool.
Anyway if you feel f***ed up, eat crap that robs your energy whatever you do is gonna be the same s***t more or less. You can travel to Japan, Mars, have millions of dollars, but one of the most important things is if you have enough energy to live. Even for watching movies you need energy. For sleeping you need energy. And most people drink acidic tap water or cola's coffees, eat food that kills them slowly and search for external pleasures and then can't find the quality pleasures even. They watch crappy movies (most of all movies ARE total unwatchable crap in reality), go to crappy restaurants, listen to sh*t music, shop for totally crappy clothes, read totally bullsh*t books and newspapers. My point is: even to find good external thing to enjoy with the energy level that you have you need lots of energy. Because finding 1% out of 100% takes effort and ability to accept failure as a good thing that leads you to new understanding, new learning.
what? am i having hallucinations or you just called me looser after i answered your question?
