What are some foods that should be permanently banned from all office break rooms?
I'd like to submit microwave popcorn and leftover fish entrees. What do you think?

I have never worked anywhere that has banned certain foods, but thinking about it, it is a pretty good idea.
I think that any type of highly smelling food should be discouraged if not banned outright.
Among these would have to be curry and any food containing garlic or fish , unless it was something innocuous, like a tuna fish sandwich.
Baked beans can be fairly antisocial, they can mess up the microwave by exploding and also have unfortunate personal side effects! They need to go on the list!
(Did you ever see the hilarious Mel Brooks film, Blazing Saddles?)
Thinking about using the microwave, even eggs are not a good idea at work, the chances are that anyone cooking them in it would let them explode and not clean up!
Finally, chewing gum! It looks horrible to see someone using it and they seldom dispose of it thoughtfully.
