Aciphex oral is usually well tolerated. The common side effect of taking this medication is headache. If you happen to experience persistent headache that worsens, you should inform your doctor right away.
Many people who are taking this medication do not experience any serious side effects. There are side effects that rarely happen like signs of Vit. B12 deficiency with long term use. Serious allergic reaction can also occur but very unlikely but seek immediate medical attention if you have rashes, itching, swelling of face and tongue, dizziness and have difficulty breathing.
