what are some award-winning chili recipes?
i've never made chili, but want to learn for an upcoming competition, and googling for recipes doesn't return any obvious winners. experts: can you point the way for a chili novice? do you have a chili philosophy?

If you mean "truly" award winning recipes, the the Chilli Appreciation Society International Inc. have this website, where they list all winners of the CASI Terlingua International Chili Champions awards from the year 1988 to the present day.
