What are some ab busting foods ?

Now that spring has arrived what are some foods that we can eat to help shrink and tone our abs ?

I personally dig hot green tea for all over carb burning spectacular-ness. Here's what WebMD has to say on it.

Personally, I feel an all over body burning sensation after I drink a steaming cup. I got this tip from a body-building book by LL Cool J. Teamed with some hanging crunches and crunch situps (legs in the air) and a whole bunch of cycling and I'm ready for the beach that's over 12 hours away!

Ab muscles are not activated by foods.

The idea that your figure can be improved by something that you eat is attractive, but completely wrong.

It's true to say that 'you are what you eat', but it is also true that you are SHAPED by what you do.

So to improve the shape of your Waist, you need to get up from the breakfast table and start using it.
