Sleep apnea is when you stop breathing when sleeping. It can be very dangerous and can cause a lot of health problems including poor sleep heart disease and can possibly even kill you. If you funk you might have sleep apnea DEFINITELY get checked by a doctor.
REM stands for Rapid Eye Movement and is a normal part of the sleep cycle. It is the part of sleep when you dream. In REM your eyes when closed move back and forth.
