Some of the most common symptoms of a miscarriage arevaginal bleeding light or heavy with stomach cramps and or pain, the pain can also be a dull ache, blood clots or grayish tissue which is fetal tissue or blood clots.
Some common risk factors that can increase the risk if miscarriage are age over 35, history of recurrent miscarriages, problems with the uterus, physical trauma and exposure to harsh chemicals during pregnancy.
The best way to help prevent miscarriage is to speak with an obstetrician to determine your risk factors and come up with a plan to make sure the pregnancy goes to full term without any complications.
