Nevada is a state in the western/southwestern part of the United States. Outside residents can fondly call the residents of Nevada as Nevadans to generally refer to the people living in this state. Some articles find the use of this term rather more comfortable than Nevadeans or Nevadites (a form of ryolite common in Nevada).
This Silver State is known to have been inhabited by different tribes of American Indians (such as Washoe, Paiute, and Shoshone). Tribal people in these areas call themselves in their own dialects that may be challenging to other Americans as there are various cultural and religious meanings associated to each names. Therefore, the general use of Native Americans, American Indians or Amerinds is qualified to refer to the early inhabitants of people living in various states of America, even in Nevada.
