What are (if any) the health BENEFITS & DANGERS of ingesting/using pot (marijuana)?
A question by the user @xds was very similar to this, but was related to smoking, rather than ingesting/using marijuana in different forms. @buddawiggi suggested that the above wording of the question, although not including the addition of dangers, would have been a different question.
So bringing me to the question, what are the benefits and dangers for short-term and long-term periods from using marijuana in forms other than smoking?

I researched this and this is what I came up with. Benefits of ingesting marijuana is that no harmful chemicals are getting into your respiratory system plus your high stays longer, stronger and is more intense than if you smoked it. It takes more marijuana to cook with and may be costly. I have also watched a TV program as well as reading it on here, that many doctors and pediatricians are writing a prescription for the medical marijuana to patients (children and adults) that have ADHD or ADD in help these patients live a calmer life.
I did not find any long term effects at all for either smoking or digesting marijuana.
