What are DC's favorite summer patio bars/restaurants? Thinking Local 16 for tonight.

I really like Stetson's in the U street area (going there myself tonight). It's kind of a kitschy (I'm sure I spelled that wrong) place, with the tex-mex theme, but it has a really nice patio area.
If you're looking for something low-key, the front area of Sonoma is nice. It's on Penn SE in the Capitol Hill area, and it's kind of upscale, but a nice place to sit outside and watch all the people walk by.
I don't know if it's warm enough yet (especially tonight) but I love hanging outside at Cantina Marina in the SW waterfront. That's a great place to have a margarita and sit by the water.
