What are common causes of food poisoning?
According to National Digestive Diseases Information Clearinghouse (NDDIC), are bacteria like Salmonella, E.coli and Shigella the common causes of this food borne illness? Can it cause severe stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea and dehydration? If I don’t experience gastrointestinal symptoms rather exhibit symptoms of shock, chest pain, dehydration and decreasing level of consciousness, who do I need to call immediately?
