Hey there, @bollinger! Chi Kung is a form of Chinese exercise that is sort of in between yoga and aerobics. Chi Kung actually translates roughly to "energy work." This is because, in this art form, the flowing Chi creates balance and good health.

To find out about the motions and everything else involved, I would particularly. suggest checking out the first site I sourced. Mastering Chi Kung takes time, sometimes even years, and it is a slow and stress-free process. There's really no way I could explain everything involved, so if you want to learn more, you can look at the links I provided or even take a class. Chi Kung has been believed to be beneficial to health, so it's worth giving it a try!
