Ballistic Weapons are your ranged weapons (i.e. Pistols, Cannons, and Rifles) in the game Too Human. You will notice that when you equip runes that gives a percent increase to Ballistic Damage that the Damage of only your ranged weapons go up. Another easily mistakable term is Hybrid Damage. Hybrid Damage is basically Plasma damage, so when you add percentage increases to Hybrid Radius and Hybrid Damage you are adding Radius and damage to each plasma bullet, simular to its counterpart (Slug Damage, Slug Range).
