What are 3 things you regret you did?
I’m curious to see what your regrets are. Obviously many people have more than 3, however please stick to this number. Would you like to turn back the time and modify what happened? Or do you think that even if you regret one thing it was a valuable lesson you learned?
Do you have any person you regret you met?
Do you have any object you regret you bought?

The 2 of the 3 biggest regrets of my life have always been something that I have kept quiet about, because everyone else regards them as some of my biggest accomplishments. One, I regret dancing for so many years and going to an arts high school for dance. I think I have never been happier than I was the day the doctor told me that I would need to have surgery on both of my knees and that dance was finished. It wasn't as much fun for me as it was a job, dancing around 20+ hours each week, and dancing in the shadow of an older relative, who was a much better dancer than I was.
Second, I regret attending UC Berkeley. I know, some people work their whole lives to get into a school like that, but it just wasn't the right fit for me. It was never my choice, and I never felt as though I belonged, and fond myself dealing with depression and anxiety brought on by some of the pressures I was feeling to maintain good grades. If I could do it again, I would have maybe gone away to school or picked a school that I felt was a better fit.
Third, I regret being too intimidated to go pre-med. I was so scared of taking the really hard classes at Cal, that I let the fear prevent me from going pre-med, something I had always dreamed of doing. I wish that I would have just prepared myself and gone in with my head held high, instead of cowering off to my backup major.
