well, it depends where is she, if she is in USA then just go and marry her. On the other hand if she is in Russia then you have to collect some documents. If a girl "from" Russia means that she is here on a tourist visa, then you should have her return to her county to marry her. If this girl had the intent to marry you before she arrived, or is marrying you to stay in the United States, that could be considered visa fraud, and her change of status could be denied.
