What airlines currently offer wifi on transatlantic flights?

I know several airlines have announced plans, but the services are not currently available.
Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

It appears as though no one airline offers it consistently across the board.  Boeing has added Wifi connections (via satellite) on it's later model planes so it really depends on what kind of aircraft you are flying on.  See the link in my sources.  It's an article that breaks down flights (by airline) that provide wifi access as of 2006.

There are additional articles I came across suggesting that ALL of the airlines are testing wifi.

I would imagine that if you had a trip you needed to make you could call customer service for that airline and ask if any flights had wifi access.

Lufthansa started offering it in May 2004, and others have followed suit...

that is true, but Lufthansa doesn't offer it on all flights. I'm trying to find an airline that does.
