There is no proof where H1n1 originated, so this is a confusing and premature lawsuit. Though Smithfield foods has violated environmental guidelines in the past, there needs to be a little bit more information proving they are at fault before any court takes the suit seriously. Though the claims are a little compelling, a grieving widdower should not be used for entertainment or sensationalism.
