Were any of the sister's married? Did they have children?
One of my relatives came from Buffalo NY. The mother of two children was to have "left" her children. I know nothing about her. I know nothing about the situation of this women leaving her 2 children. Of coarse in the 1800's a story could have been changed to protect all involved. So, I am just beginning my journey of wonder.
