Well, processed sugar anyway. Natural sugars are important.

But you can eliminate caffeine, alcohol and tabacco's of any kind. I had to give up milk for my chronic fatigue to finally go away.

Sleep is the only long term way to get rid of fatigue. Short naps can be more efficient than long sleeps. Short term ways to beat fatigue: coffee, ice water, high energy food, a brisk walk, anything that gets your blood pumping.

Caffeine is a crutch and can cause more fatigue later. Like a sugar high does. Better to find a long term solution and steer clear of drugs (which caffeine is).
