Well, I feel movements in my body and my flesh. I also feel movements in my throat and my anus. What could be wrong with me?

You could very well have tape worms. Go see a doctor is my best piece of advice. Also, eat pumpkin seeds... they help get rid of the worms. Eat them before a meal, not after.
