Currently, assuming the contract with DirectTv goes through, yes he will do both. According to Leo via broadcast on TwitLive (12-05-08), while teaching Sarah Lane the tricaster, Leo said that he would be showing the Saturday programming on DirectTv (on a channel in the 1000's I believe). In addition, Sarah would be hired and brought on as a person who does programming in between Leo's commercial breaks on the radio show. Sarah would then progressively have more programming appearances (possibly her own show?). The link provided in the sources offers the video you can watch of a complete rebroadcast of Sarah learning the tricaster and it contains all the answers to your question in detail.
