You're asking the fundamental question of online marketing, "how do I get traffic?"
Here are some ideas:
Above all else, remember this: CONTENT IS KING. You must have engaging content to be successful.

Here are some ideas:
- Submit your site to as many search engines as you can
- Use a favicon.ico
- Make sure your Meta Tags and Title are appropriate and have a keyword strategy
- Employ SEO optimization and routines
- Subscribe to usenet groups and talk about your sit there.
- Exchange video blog posts with others
- Promote your site during daily tasts: emails, signatures, social networks, etc
- Talk about other video bloggers in your posts
- Release "best of" compliations
- Build a mailing list of targeted people and reward (shoutouts, etc) for people who grow the list for you.
- Rent an e-mail list. Yes, spam is bad. But targeted email is good.
- Transcribe your video blog into text using a voice recognition program.
- Buy traffic.
- TV ads are not expensive in local markets. Check out spotrunner
- There are a large number of web directories. Find them. Submit to them.
- Display ads from a variety of ad networks. Not for the ad revenue but for the linking.
- Become part of Blogging and Online Forum communities. Better yet, hire outsourced labour to become you and do this.
- If you talk about anything topical (news, events, etc) in your video blog, sponsor news media events. Even the smallest, cheapest ads usually result in positive traffic.
- Regular blogs have sponsored reviews, so do popular video blogs. Actively accept sponsored reviews to diversify your content.
- Market in the real world creatively. Golden Palace is an extreme example of what I'm talking about.
- Use the free business card offers of Vistaprint and similar sites to print simple business cards. Leave them places you go. Bars, bathrooms, brothels.
- If you're not already, make sure that your video blogs appear across ALL of the youtube clones.
- Submit regular press releases and get good at writing them
- Syndicate your videos with an RSS feed and the like
- Add relevant VIDEO answers to all of the "answers" sites - Mahalo, Yahoo, etc.
- Create a google sitemap. They're the new meta tag.
- Promote regular free contests on other sites.
- Offer a "secret code only you know" to access additional content or members area
- If you're close to one of their venue's, visit AdTech. Spend 1 hour on the floor and the rest of y our time in the bar talking to people.
