Take a look at http://www.eleven2.com . I had great success with them when I had mutliple domains I wanted to host, since their reseller accounts are a good price and give you a lot of flexibility. They also have vbulletin built right into the web manager they offer.

Who would you choose to host a web site with a vbulletin forum?
I have a couple of domains already and I am looking for the best hosting that will work with a vbulletin forum that won't cost me an arm and leg. Also the most amount of bandwidth and storage space.

In the company where I'm working, one of our host is http://www.godaddy.com . I have encountered no problems with it plus it is not pricey. It also provides 24/7 sales and support which is really handy. Some hosting company have a certain time where queries are being attended, while at godaddy, you can bug them everytime you need help.
