Who knows on what platform, cms is youtube or break.com is built? Can Joomla do the same?
or Drupal?

Each CMS has a dedicated following. Each has strengths and weaknesses. I looked into this a while back myself to try and get a better understanding of when to select which CMS. This link provided a fairly comprehensive review of the strengths and weaknesses:
