What web 2.0 properties, such as squidoo, wetpaint etc, will allow you to put an Amazon Astore on it?

Other web 2.0 sites - quizilla, hubpages, zimbio, clearblogs etc

Hi,

I put an amazon aStore on my Ning social network using an iFrame. So, if you are comfortable doing a small amount of html coding, you can embed an Amazon aStore in almost any web platform which doesn't restrict html code in pages. (Most would allow this so that pictures, videos, widgets, etc. can be embedded).

Instead of using the Amazon aStore, you could also embed Amazon widgets which include your Amazon ID. I have used several of the widgets available from Amazon themselves this is easy to do following their instructions.

However, your question needs some clarification: the websites you list are not necessarily representative of what "Web 2.0" can mean. They are a subset of sites which tend to take user contributions and apply a commercial layer on top. You don't need to use these kind of sites if you want to have your own Amazon aStore in a context of your choosing. It is also possible to theme the appearance of an aStore so that it looks in line with your website; so even though you are linking out to Amazon, users will feel continuity. Perhaps you could describe in more detail what you are wanting to do.

If you want to easily create your own social network around a topic or interest and be able to have an Amazon store embedded in the site, Ning.com will work from my own experience.
