Underneath I have provided a link about Apple iTunes. You will need to make your podcast so that it is compatible to iTunes, so it is best to read the first link.

Secondly, be careful which videos you take from users in Drupal. You will need their permission as it may go against copyright reasons, or consequences may be issued. If it is your videos, then this should be fine.

Lastly, 6.X in Drupal should have a module now with the updated Drupal 6.8. I suggest you have a look on the Drupal website.
