I recently came through this website addictomatic.com and found it interesting where all the searched queries were transformed into different pages and results from different websites shown up there. Does anyone know the stuff behind this? Something similar to this?

It's a great site, and there are plenty of sites that do similar search functionalities like this one. This site probably isn't too difficult to build, yet the graphics on it are very nice.
