Do you mean links or sections on a page? Each item has a "social bar" on mysimon.com, is that what you mean?
If this is what you mean, you need to build different sections for each item, and then insert the "social bar" elements. Just chek out the source code of the homepage of mysimon.com:
Press Ctrl+U and you'll see the code. Search for "buzz" and you'll see the begining of the first "social bar".

Does anyone know how to use the social bookmarking buttons for individual urls on a page. Like on Mysimon.com
we are currently trying to use the social bookmarking buttons like delicious and digg provide, but for individual links on a page.
