How can I add additional custom content (text, images) to my WordPress Login page? This question is NOT asking how to replace the login background image.

There are a few websites describing how to change the login screen.
It appears the easiest way to do it is to download a Login Plugin which lets you customize as you see fit.

I have already customized the login form, as described in your link. I am trying to ADD additional content to the page.
