i just bought SHARETHAT.ORG what should I do with it
I can't seem to think what to do with it I thought about offering a file hosting service there. But I don't know free and open source scripts as I am not a coder and IM 16th so please help me out with finding a good idea for this website

Since you're 16, you still have a bit of time in school...
I'd start a class note sharing website where you can upload your class notes, mp3's or videos of lectures, etc.
If you're particularly good at note taking, you could charge for this service (especially in College)... but even if just you and your classmates contribute and share, you'll be much further ahead.
