Dreamweaver CS4 - Spry Tabbed Panels - Broken

I was creating a Spry Tabbed Panel in Dreamweaver CS4 and must have hit something and lost the CSS styles for this widget/item. All of the other Spry widgets work fine, but I cannot get a normal Spry Tabbed Panel to get created.

Spry Tabbed panels allow you to have your tabs at the top or on the left. Dreamweaver CS3 & CS4 will allow you to insert the tabs on the top, but it's pretty easy to change to vertical tab on the left by swapping out the class for the widget wrapper from TabbedPanels to VTabbedPanels. See the Spry Tabbed Panels documentation below for more info on how the default tabbed panels work.
