With the improvements in searching it gets rid of most all search tool add ons, like Cyber Search.
The Password saving improvements will make Lastpass and Keepass obsolete.
Also, with the new Weave feature, there's no need for bookmarking add ons like DengGB.
Finally, the improved tab features will eliminate need for add ons like Tabkit.
Those are a few I can think of, hope that helps.

What Firefox extensions does Ubiquity make unneccessary?
I have bunches of extensions, and the last month or so my computer has been slow. I asked a question about it once before but none of the answers fixed the problem. It happened right after a couple of extensions updated.
So now, I'm thinking that maybe Ubiquity could handle some of what these extensions have been doing. I've been using Chrome a lot lately because of speed issues, but I really miss Ubiquity! Not to mention my extensions for Evernote and Read It Later.
What extensions can you think of that Ubiquity replaces? If I have them, great; if not, I won't ever need to get them.

• I like how you grouped your answer into different types of extensions. You didn't name any that I currently use, but then, I didn't give you that information.
Thanks for taking the time to think about this!
